I would like to place an order now, but I wish I was sent at a later time. It's possible?
Certainly; contact us to determine the approximate date of delivery.

A product is sold out, when will be available again?
The current availability (depending on the selected color) is indicated for each of our products, in their dedicated section of our site. If the product is out of stock, contact us for information about it.

The products are to be mounted?
Some sets have to be mounted. They are delivered with instructions and everything you need for easy mounting.


I have not received any confirmation for my order, what should I do?
Order confirmations are sent automatically via email within a few minutes after the conclusion of the order. If you have not received anything is provable that there has been a technical problem. In this case please do not hesitate to contact us, we will send l'email confirmation manually.

I'm not sure that the order has been registered, what should I do?
If you do not get any confirmation please contact us, so we could check in our database that your order has been properly registered.

What data do I comunicavi to place an order?

Can I cancel my order?
